Trident IBL Steam Upgrade
Client: SCT Group & Farrelly Construction Services (subcontracted)
Location: ORICA Kooragang Island, NSW
Date: January–August 2019
Services: Pipe stool fabrication/installation, labour hire
Processes: GTAW, FCAW, and MMAW
Specifics: Fabrication welding and installation of carbon, stainless, and chrome pipe spooling – diameter ranging from 1/2” to 14”
● Involvement with project weld procedure development.
● Supplied welding team to undertake on-site installation
● Design code ASME B31.3 classes 1, 2A & 3/QA included 100% traceability for the client.
Fortescue River Gas Pipeline
Client: Monadelphous KT Pipelines (subcontracted)
Location: Pilbra WA
Date: September 2014 – January 2015
Services: Pipeline construction
Processes: MMAW cellulosic stove pipe welding
Specifics: 16-inch pipeline that runs 270 km east from the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP) Compressor Station 1, to the 125MW Solomon power station that services the Solomon Hub iron ore mine.
● Zero repairs on the project, over 10,000 welds completed.
Lucas/CDJV/Fluor/Santos/GLNG
Client: Howell Davies Welding Pty Ltd (subcontracted)
Location: Fairview, QLD
Date: January-July 2014
Services: Pipeline construction
Processes: Cellulosic, stove pipe welding
Specifics: Gas pipeline 12.5 km of 16” heavy/light wall and 19.3 km of 20” heavy/light wall.
Woleebee Lateral Pipeline
Client: NACAP (subcontracted)
Location: Wandoan, QLD
Date: June 2013
Services: Pipeline construction
Processes: MMAW cellulosic & low hydrogen vertical down stove pipe welding.
Specifics: DN750 (30”) Woleebee Lateral Gas Pipeline from Reedy HUB Facility to the APLNG HUB Facility, approx. 88.2 km.
● DN600 (24”) Eurombah Interconnect Gas Pipeline from Reedy Creek off-take station to Reedy Creek HUB Facility, approx. 5.2 km.
