We use a range of welding processes, including MMAW, GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW. Some of our specialist methods are MMAW cellulosic and low hydrogen vertical down pipeline welding, orbital GTAW, and hydrogen controlled semi-automatic RMD/STT.

We are highly-specialised in pipeline construction, having been contracted on many large projects, Australia-wide. We’ve worked on all types of pipe fabrication from basic straight spools to highly complex configurations for both low and high-pressure applications.

We also provide maintenance of pipelines and a full range of repair and modification services, including in-services welding, that can be applied to offshore or onshore projects. We also offer timely pipeline emergency response, critical in high-risk industries.

We can work with you to develop weld procedures and act as independent specialists on your welding and fabrication projects. This includes creating Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and helping you gain a Weld Procedure Qualification Record (PQR).
